Inline Mobile Recording™ call recording software overcomes a problem that has dogged mobile recording for years: how to ensure all calls are routed through a recording switch without creating unacceptable delays connecting the call.
On other systems, when a call is diverted to a phone recorder, two sequential calls must be made—first from the handset to the server and then from the server to the third party. This can easily add 10 seconds and more to the total connection time.
Inline Mobile Recording™ eliminates this. By using our patented IP technology, a connection is opened between the handset and the Compliant IP Gateway to transmit the dialed number instantaneously. This enables the second leg from gateway to third party to be dialed immediately removing any perceptible delay in connection for the user.
