 Recording Mobile Calls

Compliant Phones offers a range of solutions for recording mobile communications. All the solutions depend on our patented mobile handset applications which are designed to give users a seamless experience, allowing them to use their mobile normally, with their normal mobile number. Our applications ensure that their communications are recorded centrally and securely.

Our current range of solutions record mobile voice calls and sms messages, both into and out of the handset.

We offer customers a choice between a fully hosted service, in a secure environment, or integration with their existing systems.

With a customer premises solution, we work with the customer’s PBX and voice recording suppliers to seamlessly integrate all their mobile recording requirements with their existing call recording systems.

In the hosted environment, there is no need for any equipment on the customer’s premises. Recording takes place in a secure telecoms co-location facility. Access to recordings is via a secure web connection.

Our solutions need only the most basic of mobile network bearers, which means that if it possible to make calls or send texts then recordings will take place. There is no dependence on data services which may not be available in certain locations, eg while roaming abroad.

The solutions are designed to be network agnostic, so they will work with any carrier on any network in the world, provided that the user has a handset compatible with that network.

We have a roadmap for future development which will offer enhanced remote device management and support

Further developments in hand will extend recording to mobile VoIP and Instant Messaging, offering customers a single solution for all their mobile communication recording and storage.
 

All solutions allow users to keep their existing MOBILE number for making and receiving recorded calls.

The services will work anywhere the phone can access a GSM network, at home and abroad.

No recording takes place on the handset and there is no need for a data connection (3G / GPRS)

Patented software on the handset ensures that all communications are routed via a secure recording system. The user does not need to do anything except make and receive calls normally.

 Voicemail Features:

· Caller is able to leave a voicemail when you are busy on the phone
· Send the caller to voicemail when you are unable to take the call
· Caller is able to leave voicemail if you have been unable to answer call
· Even when handset is turned off or not reachable, the caller will be offered voicemail
· Access voicemail system using a single key press, by assigning speed dial to handsets own number
· Voicemail messages will be automatically saved for 7 days
· Unlimited Voicemail inbox
· Individual personalised voicemail greeting can be easily recorded
· Get sms alerts when new voicemail messages have been left

May 2007
Financial Services Authority announces intent to require recording of voice calls. From 1st November 2007 mobile phone recording will be a requirement.

 Symbian Signed Status
April 2007
Compliant Phones has received Symbian Signed status for Compliant Enterprise, the mobile phone recording application. Symbian Signed is the industry-endorsed application signing program that promotes best practise in Symbian OS content and application development. The program tests applications against industry-agreed criteria in support of network operator and mobile manufacturer requirements.
