Who are we
Compliant Phones are a specialist mobile phone recording company.
Founded in February 2006 Compliant Phones was created to service the growing need to record mobile electronic conversations on mobile phones including phone conversations SMS texts, IM traffic and IP information and to maintain those records for regulation and compliance purposes. We saw the growing need three years ago by realising that 70% of calls are now made by mobile phones and non of these were being recorded, a mobile phone recording solution was needed in the marketplace.
One of our main goals while creating our solution was enabling the user to keep his own existing mobile number. This after a major development effort was achieved and resulted in two patent applications.
Normal use of the handset and ease of use was another target we aimed for and have met resulting in a seamless operation and you just use your handset as normal.

What do we do
We enable all electronic conversations on handsets to be recorded. All recordings are fully automatic, users just make and receive calls normally. Calls can be least cost routed bringing savings in call costs. We work with you’re existing mobile network provider so you do not need to change supplier or SIMs. We enable you to keep your existing mobile numbers.
You can opt for a fully hosted managed service that requires no capital investment has no infrastructure for customers to manage or maintain and can be implemented quickly and scaled up or down to meet demand.
If you need to keep all your data in-house then opt for an on-site solution which integrates to existing company telephone system (PBX) and uses existing call recording equipment and telephony which keeps data entirely within customer premises
We also offer hybrid solutions which record offsite but recordings are only held in customers’ own secure storage facilities.
