Some organisations prefer to have their mobile call recording systems outsourced to partners with secure credentials, removing the need to install and operate equipment. Our data centres have the highest levels of security, co-located at international telecom carrier sites, and are subject to penetration testing.

Others prefer to keep all their operations and data within their own recording data centres. The Compliant Phones mobile phone recording solution can be integrated with your existing switchboard and call recording equipment giving you complete control. All your recordings will be available through your existing call recorder interface.

We can even offer hybrid mobile call recording where the routing and recording takes place in the hosted network but your data is securely pushed to your own mobile call recording storage.

2. A major part of mobile phone bills comes from mobile to mobile (especially cross-network) and international calls. With our solutions there are no mobile to mobile or international calls anymore, therefore much lower call charges.

3. All calls dialled are billed at land line rates by your mobile provider. All calls (inbound and outbound) are first routed to the platform/switch (from CP handset) via a landline number.
All done automatically. Just use your phone normally. Outbound calls to 3rd party handsets will be made via Least Cost Routing (LCR), which are much lower than mobile rates.

4. Mobile contracts are available offering free calls to UK landlines. Companies should be able to negotiate tariff contracts where they only pay for mobile to mobile calls, so call charges are much reduced.

Global Coverage

When you travel abroad the foreign network sometimes does not show your CLI (Caller Line Identification) number to the person you are calling. Compliant Phones mobile call recording solutions do not need to see your number to authenticate you, so you will be able to make calls abroad normally with or without the CLI on or off.

Data signals overseas my be not available or unreliable, our mobile recording service does not require a data connection, for either its phone operations or the sending and receiving of SMS so as long as you can get a normal phone signal you can make and receive calls and be recorded.
